Philippe Hoste appointed Vice Chairman of the EICF AISBL

The 2021 General Assembly meeting held on the 2 of June, ratified the Board proposal to appoint Mr. Philippe Hoste from Castingpar Group as Board member and Vice Chairman of the Federation.

Philippe Hoste is a Belgium born citizen, currently the CEO of the Castingpar Group which comprises the Belgian Investment Casting companies of SETTAS based in Charleroi and PRECIMETAL based in Seneffe and the French machining shop MPO in Orleans. Philippe joined the Investment Casting sector back in 2015 and he has an extensive and diversified experience in Management of companies and in particular within the Aerospace sector. His professional career has been developed internationally allowing him to acquire a solid international business experience with companies located in USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Israel, France Switzerland, Romania, UK, Morocco, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Mr. Hoste´s education background is linked to economics with a B. Sc Degree in Economy and an MBA by the University of Louvain (Belgium) and his professional development has allowed him to be involved with many different management disciplines including merger & acquisitions of companies.

In addition, Philippe Hoste is familiarized with the Association world as he has been a member of the Board and of the Executive Committee of Aeromontreal (Canada) and Chairman of the Board of Sous-Traitance Industrielle du Quebec (Canada). This background into the Association management constitutes an additional asset for the EICF Board of Directors guidance.
