The European Investment Casters’ Federation (EICF) is pleased to announce the 35th EICF International Conference & Exhibition, which will take place from 17 to 20 May 2027 at the International Congress Center (ICD) Dresden, Germany.
The conference theme for 2027 is:
“Investment Casting Under Pressure: Capacity, Investment, and Supply Chain Challenges”
The investment casting industry continues to face unprecedented challenges driven by increasing demand from aerospace, defence, energy, medical, and industrial sectors, while simultaneously confronting capacity constraints, supply chain disruptions, workforce shortages, and the need for significant investment in manufacturing capabilities and advanced technologies.
The 35th EICF International Conference & Exhibition will provide a unique platform for foundries, suppliers, researchers, OEMs, and end users to examine the critical issues shaping the future of investment casting. Discussions will focus on capacity expansion strategies, long-term investment planning, supply chain resilience, technological innovation, digitalisation, sustainability, workforce development, and the evolving demands of global markets.
