New EICF Associate member : INVAC CAST LIMITED from India

INTRICAST Precision Investment Casting established a brand new state of the art facility at Vadodara (industrialized city of Gujarat, 300 KM from Rajkot) under the name of INVAC CAST LTD from Feb 2012 with two separate lines of production:

1) Air melting: For Valves, Pumps, Automobile and Orthopedic Implants.

2) Vacuum Melting: For manufacturing of Orthopedic implants, Automotive and Aerospace components

Company expanded under flagship of Intricast in year 2012, mainly to focus on automotive and aerospace business. INVAC CAST has current capacity available for 20 Tones per month from weight 35gms to 1500 gms. Able to cast complex materials viz. INCO 713 C, LC, MARM 246/7, INCO 738LC, GMR 235 , U500 etc. for aerospace and automotive applications. IATF 16949 Stage 1 passed Certified with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and in process to get and AS 9100
