The organization has negotiated enough number of rooms to allow delegates to find an adequate lodging as per their own preferences. However be advised as indicated in each hotel leaflet that rooms are subject to release dates if they are not booked. After the release dates Hotels do not hold any obligation either to offer the room or to guarantee the agreed fees.
