Safran – The birth of a vane

Safran recently released a video on the whole process from design to manufacturing and assembly of the Vane of the stage 2 of LPT of the LEAP engine. As the video is really informative on the Investment Casting manufacturing process it has been considered by the EICF to post this news in support of the dissemination of the complexity of the Investment Casting technology and the great importance given to details as it can see on the video
