Events Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a Delegate Registration
Advance Fees are non refundable
Early Fees and Standard Fees are eligible for a full refund before 8 weeks prior to the event, and a 50% refund before 6 weeks prior to the event, No refunds from then on.
Costs associated to refund shall be borne by the client claiming the refund.
Cancelling a Booth Registration
Cancellation policy: No refunds from 14 weeks prior to the event.
Costs associated to refund shall be borne by the client claiming the refund.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired a bank transfer (costs deducted) shall be made.
When will I receive my refund?
Once refund is acknowledged, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to show on you card/bank
Event cancellation
EICF AISBL shall reserve the right to cancel an Event for commercial, organisational or force majeure reasons. In such cases, EICF AISBL shall refund all attendance fees that have already been paid. No additional reimbursement may be claimed due to the cancellation.
EICF AISBL shall not refund any additional charges incurred as a result of the participant having to cancel or rebook transport or accommodation that they had arranged. We would like to advise of the possibility of booking business rates with transport companies, which can be cancelled free of charge, or of the option of taking out Event cancellation insurance
Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a Membership
The EICF reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. If EICF refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund
Each payment for membership contains a non-refundable €20 administration fee.
New Membership cancellations (Initial memberships) received within 30 days of registration are eligible to receive a full refund less the €20 administration fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Membership renewals do not qualify for refund. Cancellations on membership renewals must be informed before year end.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the EICF
All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Publications Refund and Return Policy
Cancelling a Publication acquisition
EICF Publications either physical or digital do not qualify for refund.
Goods Refund and Return Policy
Returning an order
Goods acquired via the EICF online store are eligible for return within a period of 30 days from acquisition
Goods have to be returned in the original packaging . Following assessment of a satisfactory return condition a refund shall be granted
All refund requests must be made by the buyer or credit card holder.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
