16th WCIC Kobe (Japan) – Call for Papers

The Japan Foundry Society Inc. (JFS) is pleased to announce that the upcoming 16th World Congress on Investment Casting (WCIC2025) will be held in Kobe, Japan, in collaboration with the Investment Casting Institute (ICI) from North America and the European Investment Casters´ Federation (EICF) from Europe. The 16th World Congress will mark 13 years since the WCIC was first held in Japan in Kyoto in 2012 (WCIC2012).

Kobe, a government-designated city conveniently located near the Kansai International Airport (KIX), is a destination for many international conferences, highlighted by countless tourist attractions scattered throughout Kobe City and the greater Kansai area. Many events, such as lectures, exhibitions, and factory tours, will be held during the convention.
