Sako has come a long way from its early hand manufacture to today’s computer aided R&D and CNC manufacturing. Nevertheless, they have not forgotten the value of traditional gunsmith craftsmanship, which is why they still carry out certain critical steps.
Decades of experience in investment steel casting, coupled with modern production capacity, has helped Sacotec Components Oy to produce about 100 million castings. About half of their annual production is exported.
