The EICF from Europe, in cooperation with the Spanish Foundry Association “Federación Española de Asociaciones de Fundidores” is organizing the 31st International Conference & Exhibition 2022 in the city of Santander, Spain.

Europe’s annual Investment Casting Conference and Exhibition will be held in Santander, 15 – 18 May 2022, at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Santander. The Municipal Exhibition Palace completed the facilities currently offered by the capital of Cantabria, providing Santander with premises that can host all kinds of exhibitions. The pavilion covers an area of 9.641,89 m2, of which 6.420,29 m2 are devote to exhibit space, divided into two superimposed spaces.

Exhibition shall take place at the “Sardinero Hall” which is an especially spacious area, due to the distinctive structural distribution of the roof. The result of that configuration is a multi-hued hall that makes it easy to create different exhibit ambiances, and it can also be subdivided by using curtains that move along rails.

The Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Santander is well located within the vicinity of the Real Racing Club football stadium an the Sardinero 2 beach. Within walking distance from the Conference Hotels in the Sardinero area

The organisation of a Conference based on the subject of “Materials & Supplies – Challenges for the Investment Casting Industry” will try to provide answers and strategic clues to orientate the investment casting activity in a post pandemic scenario

The EICF Conference moves now to the south part of Europe in order to provide their international membership with the opportunity to meet in a beautiful and attractive location showing at the same time the strong dynamics of the industry in the area.
